These values are the organization baseline. Each property can inherit them or override individual turnover rules.

Review and evidence

Define the normal review requirements for every property.

Require manager approval Turnovers remain open until a manager reviews them. Require before photos Require visual evidence before work begins. Require after photos Require visual evidence of the completed turnover.

Control the normal early check-in notification behavior.
